Digital Products Refund Policy
GENERAL NO-REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital goods, which are instantly accessible and cannot be "returned," all sales of downloaded courses, e-books, and other digital materials are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to review the product description, specifications, and any provided previews or sample content thoroughly before purchasing.
Exception: Defective Digital Products
The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a defective digital product. A product is considered defective if:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- The downloaded product is significantly different from the description on the product page (e.g., you purchased a course on Photography but the downloaded content is about Gardening).
- A major feature or core component of the course or e-book is missing or non-functional (e.g., video files are missing, or embedded links do not work).
Please note: Technical issues that are specific to your device, software, or internet connection (e.g., running out of storage space, using an outdated operating system, or slow download speed) are not considered product defects and are not grounds for a refund.
How to Report a Defect
If you believe your purchased digital product is defective, you must notify us within 7 days (e.g., 7 days) of your purchase.
To report a defect, please email us at info@SiriusTaxGroup.com and include the following information:
- Your Order Number.
- The Name of the Product purchased.
- A detailed Description of the Defect, including screenshots or screen recordings if possible.
- The Device and Software you are using (e.g., Windows 11 on a Dell PC using Chrome, or iOS 17 on an iPhone using Safari).
Our Resolution Process for Defects
Upon receiving your defect report, Sirius Tax Group will investigate the issue.
Our primary resolution will be to correct the defect by providing you with a working version of the product (e.g., a new download link or an updated file).
If we are unable to provide a functional replacement of the purchased product within a reasonable timeframe (5 business days), we will then issue a full refund to the original payment method.
